No. Clinical content is tokenized and de-identified before it reaches a model. The reassembly back into readable PHI happens only inside your session. Full detail is on the security ledger.

It's available on paid plans, but it has to be signed before you use the product with real PHI. It isn't automatic on a free trial. See the BAA page for the full breakdown.

No. Trial usage isn't covered by a BAA, so treat it the same way you would any tool without one: keep real PHI out until the agreement is signed.

Not right now. The current focus is independent clinicians and small groups of 1–25 professionals. Large health systems, especially ones on Epic, aren't the near-term priority. See the use cases page for who this is built for today.
